Taste of Disney: Rack of Lamb from Blue Bayou Restaurant

In this episode from the "Taste of Disney" series, Chef Jesse Tiscareno demonstrates the steps to making the Herb Panko-Crusted Rack of Lamb as offered by the Blue Bayou Restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland, starting with a rich rosemary jus made with red wine, then a hearty white-bean stove-top cassoulet, the perfect pairing with the rich lamb.
